A: Our minimum number is with no limited quantity, even 1pc is also appreciated. But will have a mold fee need to be paid.

Q: What information should i let you know if i want to get a quotation ?
A: The design with size, material, finish , and quantity.

Q: What type of format does my artwork need to be in?
A: We prefer vector art, however we can accept and work with any of the following type of files,.jpg, .gif, .png, .ppt, .doc,
.pdf, .bmp, .tiff, .psd ect.

Q: Can you help me make my own designs development? How about the sampling fee and lead time?
A: Sure. We always welcome OEM & ODM, and we have powerful design teams to do this. Just provide us your ideas and drawings, then we can offer you the artwork for you.The sampling fee is according to the size/materials of the items. Sample time is 5-7 working days.

Q: How could I make payment ?
A: Online Escrow payment is welcome, and Paypal, T/T, Western Union payment is also acceptable.

Q: When can I get your quotation?
A: We usually quote you within 24 hours after we get your inquiry. If you are very urgent to get the price, please call or tell us in your email so that we will reply your inquiry as priority.

Q: Can I get a sample before making a big order?
A: Yes, after you pay mold fee we can make samples for you . And will begin the mass production after confirming the sample.

Q: What about the lead time for mass production?
It’s depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. For example, for quantity 2000 pcs, the lead time is about 12 – 15 working days.
