Car Badges

Our car badges are not limited to just cars, but we design them to seamlessly blend in with the existing badges or emblems on your car, that’s why we make our products exactly the same way car manufacturers do. Our car badges are durable, fade proof, weather proof, safe on the road, Safe to apply and safe to remove, and they will not break down due to the sun or other weather components. Car badges usually made from zinc alloy. Plating is normally gold, silver or chrome. Attachment is either 3M tape or screw & nut.

Die Casting Badges

Zinc alloy material is very popular for badge making. The technique is more complex than stamped badge, Zinc alloy or zamac is poured into bespoke three-dimensional moulds designed to your specification and then centrifugally spun to force the liquid metal alloy into the mould cavity. On cooling each badge can be polished, plated and fitted, for a premium 3D look and feel.

Cast Emblems are produced either as a 2 or 3-dimensional piece, this process allows us to create intricate and sophisticated cut-outs. Customized to the shape of your logo, this process is great for large sizes with or without color. Cast emblems offer a variety of plating options adding individuality to your project.

Hard Enamel Pins

Hard enamel pins (also called cloisonné pins) are created by pouring enamel several times in the recessed areas of the metal and is heated at very high temperatures. It is then polished smooth to ensure that the enamel is at the same level as the metal edges。

Soft Enamel Pins

Soft enamel pins are created by adding the enamel only once in the recessed areas of the metal and then baked hard. The enamel is below the metal edges, so when you touch the pin, you get a textured feel.

The biggest difference between hard and soft enamel is the finished texture. Hard enamel pins are flat and smooth, and soft enamel pins have raised metal edges

Screen printed pin designs are silk-screened onto either a white background or directly onto the metal. Solid colors and metal outlines aren't required. These custom printed lapel pins are covered with an epoxy dome to protect the image.Screen-printed lapel pins are an especially good fit for designs with fine detail, photos or color gradations. Full bleeds are available with this option.
